MR. THIEL

Mathematics

Mr. Thiel is a graduate from the University of Georgia with a business degree and emphasis in Marketing. Upon graduating, he spent a few years in the corporate world but transitioned into teaching about five years ago. Since then, he has taught both 7th and 8th grade pre algebra, physical education, and coached basketball at two different schools in the metro Atlanta area. He recently completed his Master of Arts in Teaching at Georgia State University with an emphasis in both math and science at the middle grades level. 

When not enjoying life in the classroom, Mr. Thiel is most likely watching Green Bay Packers football, traveling, hiking, reading a good book, or rewatching The Last Dance on Netflix. He also likes coffee a lot, too.
