MR. ROSENZWEIG

Director of Operations

Mr. Rosenzweig holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Michigan State University, and a Master of Education from DePaul University. In his role as Director of Operations for Atlanta Classical, he is responsible for the facilities, safety protocols, and day-to-day operations of the school. 

An 18-year veteran in Education with a passion for history, Mr. Rosenzweig has a vast portfolio of experience including Assistant Principal, History Chair, Dean of Discipline, and Covid-19 Response Lead. Some of his proudest achievements stem from outside of the classroom. His career highlights include coaching the Notre Dame Debate State Champion, being awarded the “Heart of School Award” by the Archdiocese of Chicago,  coaching a state championship football team, and earning the distinction of a “GISA Master Teacher”.  

Mr. Rosenzweig is a proud native of Chicago. He and his wife, Kate, reside in Atlanta with their two children, Charlotte (6th) and JD (4th), both of whom attend Atlanta Classical Academy. He enjoys cheering on his favorite sports teams: the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, Michigan State Spartans, Atlanta United, and the ACA Cavaliers.

The mission of Atlanta Classical Academy is to develop graduates in mind and character through a classical, content-rich curriculum that emphasizes the principles of virtuous living, traditional learning, and civic responsibility.
