Mrs. Renn grew up in the Northern Neck of Virginia and received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Longwood College and her Masters of Occupational Therapy from Shenandoah University. She began her career in pediatric occupational therapy in 2001. She spent seven years working with students receiving special education services from ages 3 through 18 in a public school in Charlottesville, Virginia, one year in Manhattan with children with language-based disabilities at a private school on the West Side, and the past eight years seeing students in a private setting and preschool.
She and her husband have lived in Atlanta for 6 years and have 3 children. She enjoys growing vegetables, scrapbooking, painting and spending time on the lake with her family.
