The Parent-Teacher-Community Association (“PTCA”) is designed to support the school’s mission:
To develop students in mind and character through a classical, content-rich curriculum that emphasizes the principles of virtuous living, traditional learning, and civic responsibility.
PTCA teams and activities will be designed to help the school flourish in and beyond the classroom.
The PTCA may serve as a fundraising arm of the school, but it will not be a stand-alone, tax exempt, non-profit organization. Atlanta Classical Academy is itself a non-profit organization with 501c3 status.
Through Atlanta Classical’s PTCA, committed parents and citizens like you will strengthen our school and our community.
We encourage you to complete the PTCA volunteer form and indicate your areas of interest. The board reserves the right not to immediately establish each team that is listed on the PTCA volunteer form, and the board may add teams not currently listed.
All volunteers will be required to complete the volunteer waiver/release form. We will provide instructions on how to submit this document at a later date.
