MR. FLYNN

Academic Resources Director

Mr. Flynn studied at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Art History, inspired by his study abroad in Florence, Italy. At Pepperdine, Mr. Flynn also studied on the Pre-Medicinal track, volunteered at a local elementary school, and served on the Pepperdine Ambassadors Council. After graduation, he moved back to Minnesota where he worked for a law firm, and then for a non-profit that served individuals with disabilities.

Over the past four years, Mr. Flynn has served in many roles at Atlanta Classical Academy, including Registrar, College Counselor, and Academic Advisor. He is now the Academic Resources Director, where he manages Academic Advising, College Counseling, Testing, Registrar, Records, and Enrollment.

Outside of school, Mr. Flynn enjoys spending time with his five siblings (including Ms. Flynn), reading (particularly Harry Potter), and running. He hasn’t missed a day of running in over 12 years.

The mission of Atlanta Classical Academy is to develop graduates in mind and character through a classical, content-rich curriculum that emphasizes the principles of virtuous living, traditional learning, and civic responsibility.
