Lunch Bunch

    Welcome to Lunch Bunch! Monday to Thursday requires 1 Parent Volunteer and Friday requires 2 Parent Volunteers, so please join us! AND – there is a perk: if you serve 3 times, you will receive a FAST PASS for afternoon carpool. We encourage you to look ahead through December if you can make a routine commitment. The Sign Up is open through August.

    A few important notes to keep in mind:

    • Please note that hair must be pulled back, and a hat or hair net must be worn while serving.
    • If your plans change for any reason and you are unable to volunteer on an assigned day, you will need to find a replacement by reaching out to friends/family or posting on the ACA Community page.
    • Once you have secured a substitute, edit the sign up genius page with new name. Please contact Sabrina Brautigan of any changes.
    • Please do not delete your name off the sign up genius. If you are unable to find a replacement please contact us as soon as possible. We will work together to find someone to fill in.
    • IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO HELP OUT WITH LAST MINUTE FILL-INS PLEASE LET US KNOW. It helps to have a list of possible substitutes for last minute cancellations.
